Why we exist
We built this brand for a particular moment.
When the debts have piled up, the letters have started, and a way through is hard to see. WeL’nd is the specialist who has met that moment before, who does not flinch at it, and who stays until things are back in order.
WeL'nd is a Melbourne based finance and mortgage brokerage. We help first home buyers, investors and, above all, business owners who have found themselves carrying more debt than they can see a way out of, including unsecured and tax debt. Our work spans home loans and refinancing, debt consolidation, business, commercial and development finance, private lending and SMSF loans. We read the whole situation, we do not flinch at the difficult ones, and we build a plan for what comes next. WeL'nd operates as a credit representative, is a member of the FBAA, and offers external dispute resolution through AFCA.
The name says it plainly. WeL’nd is We Lend, written the way people actually say it. The apostrophe is the tell — a caught breath between two words, the sound of a lender that talks like a person.
