This website is operated by Group of We’s trading as WeL’nd, ABN 20 672 801 651, of 1/3 Westside Avenue, Port Melbourne VIC 3207. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean WeL’nd, and "you" means the person using the site.

By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site. These terms do not apply to any loan you take out. Your loan is governed by the credit contract you sign with the lender, and by the disclosures you receive from us before you apply.

You may read this site, use its calculators and tools, and print or download material from it for your own personal or internal business use. That is what it is here for.

What you must not do

• Republish, sell, licence or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission.
• Copy the site’s content or structure to build a competing service.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, including for the purpose of training a machine learning model, without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and of the courts able to hear appeals from them.
